We specialise in L1A and L1B SAP calculations which includes new domestic buildings, extensions, conversions, conservatories, orangeries and excessive glazing. We will prepare all the required Building Compliance documents for part L including OCEPC and all TER/DER calculations. If your building does not achieve compliance we do not charge any extras to find a solution to achieve compliance (i.e. DER must be equal to or less than TER).
